L (Lee) Vincent Ramunno
L. Vincent Ramunno is the founder of Ramunno & Ramunno, P.A., a Delaware law firm that has been focused on personal injury law for more than 40 years. Mr. Ramunno has extensive experience in automobile accidents, work-related injuries and workers compensation, slip-and-fall cases and many other areas of personal injury law, including medical malpractice. Mr. Ramunno attended Georgetown University Law School, where he earned his law degree as a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1969. Within several years of becoming a lawyer, Mr. Ramunno was heavily focused on representing those making claims for car injuries, job injuries and slip and fall injuries. Mr. Ramunno’s law office has grown tremendously from it’s early days and he now employs a large staff and multiple lawyers. Mr. Ramunno relies on his top three lieutenants, Lawrence Ramunno (his brother) and L. Vincent Ramunno, Jr. and Louis Ramunno (his sons) to help supervise the ongoing operations at Ramunno & Ramunno. However, there are several other lawyers Mr. Ramunno has hired, along with multiple paralegals and secretaries, who all work together to deliver ongoing, serious and sustained damage to any insurance company that fails to provide his clients with the money they seek. He has learned that through a combination of attention to detail, careful preparation for trial and detailed knowledge of the ins and outs of the laws and case law, if and when a case goes to trial, we generally not only win, but win big. This pattern of winning at trial and also hitting insurance companies with loads of discovery and litigation, which makes the legal fees sky rocket for insurance companies that refuse to give us and our client’s the money we want, has combined to create for us a strong reputation within the insurance industry as a law office that they do not want to tangle with.
Mr. Ramunno grew up in a union family, whose father was a proud member of the construction union in Wilmington, DE. Mr. Ramunno’s union roots are always close at hand as he fights for justice for his clients. L. Vincent Ramunno routinely gives back to his community, through charity work, serving on non-profit boards and committees and helping to deter legislation that would protect insurance companies at the expense of the injured. Mr. Ramunno takes enormous pride in being one of Delaware’s biggest and most successful injury lawyers and running one of Delaware’s strongest and most prominent law offices that deals with personal injuries.
If you’ve been injured, don’t be a victim twice, call Mr. Ramunno and put him and his law office to work for you.
Lawrence A. Ramunno
Lawrence Ramunno has been a partner at Ramunno & Ramunno since 1977. He attended Widener University School of Law, where he earned his law degree as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Mr. Ramunno was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1977 and the U.S. District Court District of Delaware in 1979. His practice is completely dedicated to personal injury law and litigation. He has secured millions of dollars from insurances companies for his clients, many of which have been injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice or job injuries. Lawrence Ramunno is relentless in his efforts to obtain maximum recovery for his clients.
L. Vincent Ramunno Jr.
L. Vincent Ramunno Jr. graduated from Widener School of Law in 1999. While attending Widener, he was awarded the prestigious William J. Conner Award. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1999.
He has been aggressively and successfully representing injured victims as an attorney for more than 10 years. He has been involved in many personal injury claims, especially auto injuries, slip and fall injuries and workman’s compensation claims.
Mr. Ramunno has never and will never represent an insurance company and would never be interested in working as an insurance company lawyer. However, Mr. Ramunno has extensive knowledge on how insurance companies, especially auto insurance companies, operate and evaluate cases to decide how much to offer. Mr. Ramunno has studied at length the computer program, called Colossus, that a large percentage of all auto insurance companies heavily rely on in deciding how much to offer. Mr. Ramunno also has knowledge on the lesser used, but similar computer programs, Claims Outcome Advisor and Claims IQ. Despite the insurance industry’s intense and under-handed efforts to conceal the details of these programs, Mr. Ramunno prides himself on his intimate and detailed knowledge of how they operate and what affects these computer programs’ decisions as to how much an injury claim is worth.
He, as all attorneys who practice at Ramunno & Ramunno, will not hesitate to take an injury claim to trial if the insurance companies are making inadequate offers. Several examples of his successes at trial are in 2007 where he secured a $20,000 jury verdict in an auto injury case where the top offer prior to trial had been $5000, and in 2008 when he secured a $100,000 jury verdict in an auto injury lawsuit where the top offer prior to trial had only been $21,000.
L. Vincent Ramunno, Jr. looks forward to personally handling your injury claim and obtaining you top dollar for your injuries. He, as all members of Ramunno & Ramunno Law Offices, will get the job done.
Louis Joseph Ramunno

He seeks, as do all members of Ramunno & Ramunno, to obtain a maximum possible recovery for all our injured clients.
